☘️ How the Book Changed Me
💡 How my life / behaviour / thoughts / ideas have changed as a result of reading the book.
This book has made me more conscious of what I'm putting into my body. I pay attention to what's on the labels, what ingredients to stay away from, and how those bad ingredients can affect my body
In the past, I've known that things like sugar and too much gluten are bad for your body, but I never understood the impact they can have. By reading this book, I have a much better idea of how harmful those things can be in excess.
This book has made me much more open to holistic health when it comes to taking certain herbs, using essential oils to clean the house, and all these other things. In the past, I've known that food is medicine, but I'd been skeptical about adopting it because I still believed in modern medicine. This book has shown me that a lot of the antibodies and stuff modern society has taught us about health is wrong, and that we need to get back to our ancestral roots to heal ourselves.
